Sirva este primer post para rendir homenaje al personaje que ha inspirado el título de este blog. Led Wallet. Probablemente pocos de los que lean esto conocerán a este individuo por ese sobrenombre.
Un fragmento de la biografía más famosa que habla sobre esta gente; en la que este personaje es el mayor protagonista (que no el único, ni mucho menos) dice textualmente:
"With the rehearsal over, Robert and Bonzo, the two Brummies, were almost numb with joy, slightly tempered by other feelings when, as they were leaving, rich pop star Jimmy Page asked the literally penniless musicians to help pay for the food and beer. They didn't know Jimmy's reputation as a miser. Soon they would be calling him Led Wallet".
La impagable anécdota, ocurrió momentos después de que Led Zeppelin vivieran su primer (y mágico) ensayo como banda... Jimmy Page. En fin, ya os contaré en otro momento lo que ha supuesto este personaje en mi vida.
